


Spinach Mushroom Sauté

Also Known As Quick Breakfast
Stacy calls this her Favorite Go-To Breakfast. It is great for any time of the day.
Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- ¾ cup onion, chopped
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 egg
- salt, pepper and spices to taste (I like garlic powder)

Step by Step Instructions
Step 1
Melt butter in heavy bottom fry pan. Add mushrooms and onion. Sauté for 3 to 4 minutes, or until the onions are translucent.
Step 2
Add the spinach and let wilt in the butter. Push to the side.
Step 3
Cook your egg on the empty half of the pan any style. Serve immediately.
