


Simply Mandarin Pork Chops

A Simpler Version of our Mandarin Pork Chops:
When you only have a couple of ingredients and don’t want to spend a ton of time in the kitchen, use this Mandarin Pork Chop recipe. But I have to say, if you have the time and inclination, make THIS ONE instead.
Ingredients
4 medium sized pork chops
salt & pepper
flour
1 cup orange juice (approximately)
1 can mandarin orange slices

Step by Step Instructions
Step 1
Cover pork chops with salt, pepper and flour on both sides.
Step 2
Using a cast iron skillet or similarly heavy fry pan, brown on both sides.
Step 3
Pour orange juice in skillet to just cover pork chops and simmer 1 ½ hours.
Step 4
Garnish with mandarin orange slices and serve with rice.
