


Dana’s Treasure Cookies

My Own Creation:
I combined my love for chocolate, coconut and Heath Bars to make this cookie. But I had to call it something to post it on this page, so I decided to incorporate the word treasure. That’s how I really feel about this cookie!
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 ½ cups flaked coconut
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup Heath Toffee Bits
- 1 cup chopped walnuts

Step by Step Instructions
Step 1
Heat oven to 375 degrees. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, flour and baking powder.
Step 2
In a mixer bowl, beat sweetened condensed milk and butter until smooth. Add graham cracker mixture; mix well.
Step 3
Stir in coconut, chocolate chips, Heath Toffe Bits and walnuts. Drop by rounded tablespoons onto greased cookie sheets.
Step 4
Bake 9 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Store loosely covered at room temperature.
