


Butterscotch Bubble

Ooey Gooey, Melt in your Mouth:
Typing this recipe into the website reminds me that I haven’t made this one in ages. I am going to remedy that very soon. A classic combination of flavors that your whole family will love.
Ingredients
- ¼ cup butter, melted
- 1 package (3.5 ounces) butterscotch pudding, not instant
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 Tablespoon milk
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 packages refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
- ½ cup pecans

Step by Step Instructions
Step 1
Mix butter, pudding, sugar, milk and cinnamon. Whick until smooth.
Step 2
Cut each biscuit in half. Add biscuits to pudding mixture. Mix to coat.
Step 3
Spread biscuits evenly in casserole or bundt pan. Chop nuts and sprinkle over biscuits. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
